Dear customers, colleagues and other stakeholders.

I am proud to share the good results of the Nemko Group in
2020. It was a challenging year for us all – for organisations,
communities, families and each and every individual. However,
Nemko benefited from a sustained demand for conformity
assessment services, combined with our ability to adapt swiftly
to a changing business environment. We ended the fiscal year by
increasing our revenue by 20% while at the same time increasing
our profitability. As a result, Nemko confirms its position as a strong
and reliable partner, even in challenging times.
Continuous learning and competence development helped us
adapt to new ways of working and interacting with customers
during the pandemic. The digital journey within our organisation
gained momentum, resulting in both internal productivity gains and
